About the Roundtable
Grab yourself a coffee and sit around the big table at Vermont Comedy Club’s “Happy Place Cafe” with instructor Maggie Maxwell every Sunday in March!
Part class, part writers’ group, in this 5-week “roundtable” you will meet up with other writers to create hilarious sketch comedy and get professional feedback.
If you want to write sketches in the style of Saturday Night Live, MadTV, Mr. Show or I Think You Should Leave?, this is a great way to do it!
Maggie Maxwell will be on hand to moderate, give professional feedback, and assign prompts to keep you writing throughout the month of March.
From generating great premises and characters to honing a polished sketch, this “roundtable” will help you improve your tool kit for creating great sketch comedy!
