Part-Time Line/Prep Cook.
About the Position
VCC is seeking part-time staff to work in our kitchen. Our space is clean and the staff you’ll be working with is a bunch of friendly team-players who are down-to-earth and professional.
In this job, you’ll be tasked with prepping and cooking food, running orders to customers, running the dishwasher and more. Our kitchen is smaller than most restaurants, with rushes at showtimes, and downtime in between to prep, socialize with your team, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in food service not required, but preferred. Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, and be self-motivated during less busy times to work on projects.
Tasks may include, but aren’t limited to: preparing food, running food to customers during service, operating a commercial dishwasher, cleaning, restocking, bussing tables, etc.

Part-Time Safety Professional.
ABOUT THE POSITION
VCC is seeking a part-time club safety professional. This position is low-hours/as required (dictated by the show schedule at the venue).
Applicant must have excellent customer service skills, initiative, and a team mentality. Experience in deescalation and conflict resolution preferred. Emergency training a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring safety and security of patrons, employees and talent at all times
Communicating professionally with disruptive patrons, deescalating such situations
Occasional removal of disruptive patrons
Supporting of staff in emergency situations
Assisting with operations, supporting wait staff when needed, etc.
