Whatever the goal, we can help your team collaborate more effectively together. With our high-energy, 60-80 minute workshop, we work virtually with up to 30 employees to get them listening, communicating, and being silly with one another. This is truly a silver bullet for your TEAMWORK skills!
How it Works
Our expert instructors will take your group through a series of interactive, playful and exciting exercises.
We’ll start with some easy ice-breakers, and work our way to more challenging games. Along the way, there will plenty of silliness and laughter.
Our goal is to get people working together and validating each others’ contributions in real time.

No Preparation Necessary
No preparation is necessary! As long as everyone has a working Zoom connection (with audio and video) and they show up ready to have fun, we’ll take care of the rest.

Why Take an Improv Workshop?
Every night, when our professional comedy performers step onstage to create a spontaneous show together, they must collaborate, communicate, trust one another, listen actively, and operate as a team. They aren’t superhuman - the secret is a series of fun, easy exercises and games that help them to build these skills. Study after study in the past 50 years has shown that improv games can also help professional teams operate more effectively (and of course, have more fun together).
Can the Workshop Be Adjusted?
The workshops we offer through Vermont Comedy Club can be all customized, honing in on your team’s particular challenges, or even just turning up the “silliness” to help working professionals blow off steam and laugh together.
